Scenario:
My remote does not turn on
Answer:
Your remote has a charge indicator, blue or green means it is fully charged and red or yellow means the charge is low. When low, the remote may have difficulty responding, recommended to leave the remote plugged in when not in use. Ensure the remote receiver is properly plugged into one of the four USB ports.
Scenario:
TRAZER will not display on my TV monitor
Answer:
Ensure the HDMI cord is plugged into the top HDMI port on the TRAZER unit. Check that the HDMI cable is plugged into the proper HDMI port selected on the TV/ monitor.
Scenario:
My Users or tests are not syncing to TRAZER web portal
Answer:
TRAZER will sync immediately after a user is created or a test is complete, if the unit is connected to the network. TRAZER will sync any updates and any tests or users not yet synced when left idle on the main screen that displays the site name for 10 seconds.
Question:
How do I connect my TRAZER to the network?
Answer:
First make sure the antenna is installed on the unit. Navigate to settings by entering the four-digit PIN located on the side of the unit, click on the WiFi tab, and follow the instructions listed there.
Question:
How do I reset my password to log into the TRAZER web portal?
Answer:
If you are already logged in, go to your user profile, and select the password tab. here you can set a new password for your user. If you forgot your password, go to portal.trazer.com and select reset password under the username and password blocks and follow the instructions.
Scenario:
I stepped out of the play area and now my avatar won't track my movement anymore
Answer:
Stand outside the play area for about 30 seconds and the activity will restart and allow for calibration again.
Scenario:
Tests performed on one unit are not showing up on my other unit(s)
Answer:
Find the test of the user you want to view, click reports and then click the check cloud button. After a few moments the tests and data from that user will sync down if they were on the web portal.
Question:
How do I import bulk users into the web portal?
Answer:
Click on manage at the top of the website, click on users on the left-hand side, then click on the import users' button next to the add user button. Fill out a .csv or .txt file per the guidelines listed on the import page. then select your site and click on choose file button to import your saved list of users.
Question:
How do I view and print tests from the web portal?
Answer:
Login to the web portal and click on the manage tab at the top of the page, then click on Tests on the left-hand side. a list of your tests will appear, to view an individual test click on the graph icon next to your desired test. From here you can print or save the test as you see fit.
Question:
When should I connect my unit to the network?
Answer:
The TRAZER should be connected to the network when wanting to view users and their tests on the web. Having the unit connected also allows the TRAZER software to stay up to date with current updates. All testing and user creation can be done on the unit without any internet connection.
