Determinations
TRAZER simultaneously challenges the brain and body, tracks it, analyzes it—so we can understand our very selves, more deeply.

Why is this so important?

Because this connection determines whether a person is able to live an active life—to move with intention, purpose.

We believe in better—for all.

TRAZER is the platform that is shaping the future of orthopedic rehabilitation through it's real-time, telehealth capable, technology. Whether using assistive devices like braces or crutches, all the way to an elite athlete returning to play, TRAZER measures and charts patient progress to enable better decisions—for all.

Through six levels of specialized interactive testing and rehabilitation for Knee, Ankle, Hip, Balance and Vestibular Rehabilitation—TRAZER's objective movement reports validate treatment plans and help make confident Return-to-Play or Return-to-Work determinations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ORTHO/PT:
Is TRAZER reimbursable by insurance?
TRAZER:
TRAZER is reimbursable through Medicare, Medicaid, and 3rd party payers via standard CPT coding.
ORTHO/PT:
How does insurance cover rehabilitation?
TRAZER:
If a patient has been prescribed care, insurance might pay $1200-$1800 for 60 days. If TRAZER’s objective documentation shows a need for therapy, reimbursement would increase to $4-$5,000 for the 60 days. The nursing visit might be once a week at $35-$50 per visit; the therapy visit might be 3-5 times per week at $150 per visit.
ORTHO/PT:
How does the PT determine the patient's functional measures?
Support:
The PT determines the patient’s functional measures via:
  1. The patient’s self-report regarding restrictions, pain, etc.
  2. A functional performance test, which needs to be interpreted and scored. As your facility’s functional performance test, TRAZER provides the most relevant and objective functional data for the weight-bearing population, as well as the ability to baseline at the first, tenth, and discharge visits (as required by Medicare) to document the efficacy of your program.
