TRAZER is excited to announce the addition of Kimberly Sanderson who joins our team as the VP of Customer Success.

Most recently, Kimberly spent 6 years with Stitch Fix, leveraging skills in training, marketing, and team management. Her capabilities in developing and delivering onboarding programs for new stylists were instrumental in the company’s growth in the US and UK. In addition to managing a team responsible for overseeing 300+ US employees, Kimberly participated in the launch of the highly successful addition of styling services for Men and Kids.

In addition to experience building, leading, and managing the customer experience, Kimberly spent 5 years in adult residential care, an industry to which TRAZER provides value and service on multiple levels, most notably through fall prevention that mitigates risk for residents and providers alike. A New Mexico native and graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS degree in Business Administration, Kimberly joins the team in the Westlake office.
